Two applications submitted for the same property in Ottershaw in the Green Belt

April 2019

1) Prior Approval Notification for change of use of office to residential

2) Retrospective planning application for use of property as three dwellings

I was instructed by the owner to regularise the property which has been in the same use for a number of years.  We have applied for planning permission to retain the building as three dwellings following positive advice from the Council.  The owner also sought to seek permission for the change of use of an office into residential use, utilising the permitted development rights. 

Planning application submitted for block of 5 flats in Virginia Water

December 2016

I was approached by a home owner after having had planing permission refused and pre-application advice turned down for the redevelopment of their house for a block of 6 flats.  I attended a site visit and advised on instructing a new architect.  The re-design is a vast improvement and I drafted the planning statement and submitted the planning application.  Decision pending.
